B-Free from addiction is a faith-based addiction recovery program. This program is designed to support individuals on their journey to overcoming addiction through faith, community and structured support. 1 hour long.

Anger Management 10-week program
Calming the Storm: A faith-based journey to managing anger.
Each lesson can be expected to follow this structure:
1. opening prayer& scripture of the week
2. Group reading of educational content
3. Guided group discussion
4. Practical activity
5. Weekly Challenge & closing prayer
Navigate ongoing program
Navigate gathering is a weekly gathering designed to help people heal, grow, and connect in a safe, Christ centered environment. These meetings create space for real conversations and emotional wellness through biblical teaching and relational support. 1 hour long
Navigate is ideal for anyone:
-Walking through grief, loss or hardship
-Struggling with unhealthy patterns
-Seeking deeper discipleship and community
-Desiring emotional and spiritual wellness
The curriculum runs in 24 lessons and is designed to cycle continuously. This means new participants can join anytime while long-time members continue to grow deeper. Navigate is not just for those in crisis-it's for anyone ready to walk a path toward peace, purpose and emotional, wellness.
